This is your Shipping Policy section. We are dedicated to offering you a fast and efficient service.

All products are freshly made on demand and shipped the same day on all orders placed before 11am.

We only ship on a 48hr fully tracked service via Royal Mail for £4.85 (UK)

All orders placed weekend between Friday - Monday 11am will be shipped on a Monday.

Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order. Please let us know about any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address. Once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is able to receive your order.

We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details.

Pick ups/Collections are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 8pm.

No collections available from Friday 8pm - Monday 9am.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you place an order but we are unable to ship to your country, your order will be refunded. We are NOT currently shipping out of the UK but if send us a email to imindalkaline@gmail.com, we would be more than welcome to make arrangements to accommodate you.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

No cancellations or modifications are allowed on your order once a confirmation email has been sent out. If your order does not ship within the time frame, customer service will notify you via email explaining the delay. 

All items purchased from iMiNDALKALiNE.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass directly to you upon our delivery to the carrier (U.K. Royal Mail Postal Services) iMiND ALKALiNE is not liable for the order nor has an obligation to refund the order should the order be lost or damaged while in the possession and care of the carrier.

 iMiND ALKALiNE may exercise discretion, as a one-time courtesy, to resend or refund (minus shipping fees) a lost or damaged order in the possession and care of the carrier and predicated upon the customer first filing a claim with the carrier and submitting proof of the filed claim.
